Surely, this calls for different approaches of hospitality to ensure every customer feels valued and respected. In Japan for example, established hotels serve different dishes at different times of the day to cater to the unique palates, personalities and feelings of customers. Called Omotenashi which means ‘to have a caring mind for customers’, this concept of hospitality is central to our beliefs at Yamano as well. We dedicate ourselves to first understanding each customer’s specific skin type and needs, before guiding you to an appropriate treatment.
